Growing in Grace Together
Hosanna is a Missouri Synod Lutheran church located in Buffalo, Minnesota. Our best understanding of God's calling and plan for Hosanna is to connect people to His Son, Jesus Christ, and to show God's love by caring for each other, our guests and visitors, and our community.
God's Will for the Future of Our Congregation
Our community is Christ centered because of His work through Hosanna. We are His hands reaching out to our community providing a stable shelter. Hosanna is a beacon of hope and care in the sea of life because we are anchored to His Word. Our guests return often because they are connected to Jesus through the Gospel. They are genuinely welcomed, consistently included, and intentionally supported. Our members are passionate disciples worshipping and growing in Christ with a deep, contagious faith. We are equipped, encouraged, and challenged to be His servants to the world.Join with us to realize this vision for Hosanna and our community!
At Hosanna we foster a spirit of evangelism, encourage personal witness, and invite our community to join the Family of God through faith in His Son Jesus Christ. When we participate in the congregation's mission to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we bring God's love to our homes, neighbors, and nations of the entire world.
Come as Visitors, Leave as Friends

“I felt too dirty to tell you in church,” said the woman who led her pas-tor to the church parking lot to confess the sin of abortion. She felt as the lepers of Jesus’ time, “Unclean, unclean.” But Jesus healed lepers and made them clean (Mark 1: 40—42). Jesus heals the leprosy of sin, every sin, with a cleansing that is unconditional, objective, and complete. He makes every repentant sinner clean in His blood.
